Mobile phone contact

I am trying to take advantage of the Kayo offer before 31 March. It takes me to a screen saying it is sending me a one-time pin, but the mobile it is sending it to is incorrect. I have tried to go in and change my mobile in the app but keep getting into a loop where it says I have to log into the app and change my account settings; yet when I do this it takes me again to that same message. Can anyone help?? Thanks!!
