My Telstra App not working
Updated to the new my Telstra app and it show no details for my prepaid service. Just get error message something went wrong. How do I now see my usage, creed balance and recharge. Tried chat Cody a waste of time disappointing Telstra I understand it is a very busy time but this should be a no brainer fix or roll back the app to a version that was working. The new app is useless.

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the My Telstra app to see if this assists?
A fix was released for this issue on Monday evening.
