my telstra app without smart phone

I want to apply for the extra data on my prepaid mobile broadband device which was offered during the covid-19 crisis.  I don't have a smart phone so can't download the app to apply.  option no showing up in my account on desktop.  how can I apply?

Given the uncertainty of the COVID-19 situation, we highly recommend you get the My Telstra app on a smartphone so that a majority of your transactions can be done digitally.

Prepaid customers like us do not get the free data only those people with " personal and small business customers with home broadband plans (ADSL, nbn and cable)".

Postpaid not prepaid customers.

When they posted the question, there was an offer available for Prepaid customers (that expired on 30th March 2020).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
