My Telstra App won't load account details
My Telstra App on my Galaxy S20 plus won't load any of the services connected to my account, or even for the phone I'm using.
I have updated, re-installed it, enabled location services, updated my phone, re-installed the app again.
But no joy - what can this mean? How do I get this app to work so I can check my data usage ?

Are you able to sign in using your Telstra ID and access any parts of the My Telstra app?.
You could sign into the Telstra homepage and see if your Services are available in your account. Go to Sign in > My Telstra (at top right of the page)
