My Telstra App

Since the change over from the 24/7 to My Telstra app i can no longer see any of my services. I've checked account details ,spoken with customer service several times over 3 weeks, visited a Telstra Shop and no one has been able to identify the issue. In addition I have lodged a complaint through the My Telstra help website 2 weeks ago and haven't received a response. I have also de & re installed the app several time.
