Are you referring to the My Telstra app, or something else?.

Also, what are the symptoms?.

It could be a system glitch on your account (the sign in system seems to be working as you were able to sign in here).

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Here's some steps to follow to see if we can get it working. 
1. Uninstall and reinstall
2. Update the software version for the handset
3. Make sure cookies are enabled
