Hi cccc, What exactly is the problem with your Telstra plus membership?

Only time i have had points missing is if I wasn't actually signed up for Telstra plus after they promised me points.

Annual spend

 

More than a year now, still my membership status shows 'Member'

Add up your spend since your registration date, if it totals more than $1500 your tier should be adjusted within the next few billing cycles.

Only suggestion I have is make sure you exclude any late payment fees, third party charges or non-Telstra fees, have a search of your emails and verify your sign-up date (you would've received a confirmation email from Telstra Plus), it should be adjusted shortly but don't worry as the extra benefits from the silver tier are unable to be accessed currently anyway, unfortunately. Raise a request through the Telstra app to have it escalated to the Telstra Plus team if it is still unresolved.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
