MYTELSTRA APP WILL NOT ACCESS ACCOUNT

Hi. I have interacted with 8 different Telstra online personel!!? over the past 10 days. Still unable to get mytelstra app to access My Account. Every attempt comes up with same message. "Cannot access your account" I can login in online with the same credentials. Why release a new app with so many problems when 24 x 7 app worked perfectly every time. So many issues with telstra..the app, internet not working. No telstra techs after 6pm. Am ready to cancel account for 2 phones plus NBN if I cannot get any satisfaction in next couple of day. Terrible customer service. Dave

Hey Dave. Try to delete the app and re-install it again... perhaps that could help...

when you login, use your email that’s linked to your account and ‘forget password’ to reset your password then retry. The app is working just fine on my end, it’s been such a great update actually I think.
