I have 4 devices, 2 Apple and 2 Android. All about 3 years old but with software completely up to date. The Telsta 24/7 app worked well on all devices. The My Telstra app still doesn't work on any of them. Worse still, until last week I could access my accounts via the Telstra website, but Telstra must have done another "upgrade", so this workaround doesn't work anymore either. I've aspent at least 6 full days over the last 6 months "chatting" to Telstra operatives who claim they will fix it but never do. I and other family members have 9 linked Telstra services, so my inability to access these accounts online is an admin nightmare. Is there anything I can do to get Telstra to help me fix this?

I had the same problem for a few weeks. Just uninstalled the app again and reinstalled it about 10 minutes ago and it's working perfectly now.

Ricky, thank you for your reply but this was not a solution in my case. Does anyone else have suggestions? Perhaps even a Telstra person?

I am having the same problem and it is impossible to get Telstra to recognise they have a problem.

I was advised about 2 weeks ago that my complaint has been "elevated" to a specialist case manager, but he/she apparently still hasn't got to my case...

I am having the same issue. I can log in under my business ID and see linked accounts, but it won't let me log in under my consumer ID. After hours of this new chatting service (which I hate), they advised that the consumer side of the app is undergoing maintenance . Very frustrating!

I have been having issues with accessing my Telstra account for the past few weeks. I can log in initially but cannot view my bills etc & same issues when using Telstra Plus. Same issues as others with the online messaging & not getting anywhere. Finally spoke to someone from Townsville who was helpful but wasn’t able to fix the issue. Was supposed to be escalated but never heard anything. Went into Telstra store & manager advised me that others have this issue too but it’s not effecting everyone. Had no idea how to fix it. What is going on? Why can no one get any answers?? Extremely frustrated

Yes I've had this problem for months. Until Friday last week I could log into the website but since Monday when I tried to pay my bill, I can't even do that. I have an apostrophe in my surname so I wouldn't be surprised if that is what is breaking it in my case...

Same problem here. Went into the store - no help. Suggested I ring - no human response. I just want a copy of my bill. Can't access Telstra App to cancel it and try again.
