Hi,
Firstly, thanks for providing extra mobile data for free during the pandemic. It has helped me keep up to date with the latest news and developments.
I’ve tried to apply for another free 25GB in the app like the previous months, and as per the Telstra text continuing the offer, but there’s no link on the app home page to do it. The text says there should be an ‘extra data during COVID 19’, but there is no such link. Please tell me how I can apply for the extra data again.
