"My Telstra" app is useless after switched plan

The app is useless after I switched my plan from prepaid plan to postpaid plan.

I cannot check my balance, usage or any information. All the functions and recharge options are still for prepaid plan, nothing was changed. and always shows "something went wrong please try later". Also the links which are supposed to redirect me to related web pages, are redirect me to "404 page not found". 

I messaged the customer service via the app and the conclusion is "login the web site to check all details" 
The app is rubbish and the online customer service is even worse!.

It appears that your postpaid service has not been added to your Telstra ID.

Log into https://www.myservices.telstra.com.au/home

Look at your current services, and if necessary click on ‘Can’t see one of your services?’ and follow the prompts.
