"No services"

I currently have "no services" showing in my Telstra app. How do I have this resolved, please??

Yes, you can. Sign in to your My Telstra with your Telstra ID.


If it’s the first time you’re setting it up:

  1. Select Add an Account

  2. Fill in your details then select Continue

  3. If you enter your mobile number, we’ll send you an SMS with a 6-digit Telstra ID verification code

  4. When prompted, enter your verification code to complete registering your new account


If you’re adding another service:

  1. Select the Services tab from the menu at the top of the page

  2. Click on Can’t see one of your services? Get help >

  3. On the next screen, enter the requested details, and follow the remaining prompts to add the service to your account.


Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.

Setup direct debit
