Rewards points

My rewards point are showing as business and I feel I’m loosing out they should be personal not business

Hey @Whiteman887 

Sometimes consumer customers can be incorrectly tagged as business.

You will have to contact Telstra and advise you are not (or no longer) a business and to move you to a consumer account

Luke is correct, so we can get this changed over, please speak with our team via the My Telstra App messaging service (link here https://tel.st/2x7mh). Just click on the "Get Help" menu icon and then click on the "Message Us" button and type "Change account from business to personal" and a member of our team will be in touch to assist you with this. If you get stuck on the Codi chat bot, you can type "Consultant" to get through to a team member.
