Something went wrong

Why every time I am getting "Something went wrong" error message while I am trying to add my Telstra account to the Telstra ID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And I am in contact with the support executives since Friday afternoon!!!

Best of luck with mate , I have had the very same issue now for over 9 months now and it’s still f*ucked
