Telstra 24/7 app

When logged into my telstra 24/7 app I then get a message saying:-


"Portal Unavailable

Are you using a digital certificate to login?"


I made apayment 5 days ago and it has not been accredited to my account according to the app.   I have made the payment the same way for years and suddenly It's not being credited to my account through the app and nor can I access anything to do with my account other than previous bills.


Also, when I log into telstra on my computer, I get this message:-


"Your account details can’t be displayed. Have a business account? You can try signing into Your Telstra Tools to access your account."


What's going on?   Why is there no details of my account?     


How do I fix this please

The fact that you are experiencing issues via my Telstra on the app and the website, could indicate something amiss at as system level.

I suggest that you contact Telstra Support.
