Telstra COVID Support Melbourne
I am looking to take up this offer and cannot find where on the app to apply?
I have contacted the chat function and looked on the “my services” tab per the post and cannot find it. It says it is available from July 15th- August 31st so I am in the correct time frame. I have deleted the app 3 time’s still with no luck.

There seems to be a glitch with some customers not seeing it through the app.
You will need to contact support.
Due to the temporary COVID-19 support issues, it is best at this time to chase it up via the My Telstra app, use the "Get Help" icon at the bottom of the screen and leave a message. That will go in a queue and be answered as soon as they can.
