Telstra online chat

Anyone else have people on the end of the chat that are hopeless and basically Lie. 
I had a check named Bessie who told me she looked at my account and could see that I had received points between August when clearly on both the app and online they we’re not there. Then when I addressed that she had lied to me she disappeared and 30 minutes later Jay came back told me her would help and then also disappeared. The chat function is a joke, the puppets on the end are hopeless and in the end nothing has been resolved. Not impressed!
