Go to the Telstra home page, click Sign In, My Telstra (at least that is how it appears on my iPhone).

You are then presented with links to Reset password and Create new ID

Set it & forget it

With direct debit there’s no need to give paying your bill another thought.

Avoid queuing up and never worry about late fees again.
