unable to log into My Telstra app

I click the sign in or register button. enter my username and password and hit Sign In and it goes to a blank screen and nothing further.

Are you able to log in to your My Account via a browser at https://www.my.telstra.com.au/myaccount/home and can you log in to Webmail? Do you use the same credentials to sin in as with My Telstra app?

yes I can log in from my PC using the same username/password. it's just the app.

You could try clearing the data and cache for the app, or uninstall and then download and re-install..
