Can not connect to Netball Live

I have downloaded the app, and when I select a game to watch it asks me to login as a Telstra customer which I can do.  It shows I have a subscription valid till 31/12/21 but that’s where it stops does not continue to allow me to view the game.

Thanks for messaging us on Crowd Support, sorry to see you've had some issues

accessing the app.

 

The best way to redeem the free Live Pass as a Telstra mobile customer is to open the

app for the first time while connected to mobile data. It may be best to uninstall and reinstall

to trigger the process again.

 

The app then identifies you are connected to Telstra's network and auto-redeems the free live pass.

(You do not need to sign in).

 

If the issue persists the next step would be to uninstall and reinstall the app, if using Android also

clear the cache (settings>apps>Netball Live>storage).

 

If you are still having issues, can you please let us know the details of the device in use? Model and 

software version can be found in settings>general>about or settings>about.
