Can't Access Live Games or Replays on Netball Live
Hi, since the launch of new Super Netball League on Netball Live and the subsequent updating of the app, I have not been able to access my subscription content.
My subscription is valid until 23 Jan 2018 and I have followed the steps on the Netball Live app to restore my subscription. The app also seems to recognise my subscription in the 'subscription' page, but not when I try to access Live Matches or Full Match Replays. I've tried the steps multiple times, even unlinking my google account from my device and uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
How can this issue be rectified?

Sorry to hear that you're having accessing the content with your Netball Subscription.
Are you a Telstra Mobile customer? How exactly did you subscribe? (In app purchase, AFL.com.au, Club Digital membership or our 2017 AFL Live Pass Offer)
If so, I'd recommend completely uninstalling the app & redownloading
Please make sure private browsing & your WiFi is turned off.
If purchased in-App, to fix this so that your in app purchase can be recognised, uninstall the app and reinstall it. Once reinstalled, please restore the in app subscription and NOT login with a Telstra ID.
If you paid for an in app purchase, you should only need to restore the subscription.
There would be no need to login.
