Can't access subscription on new device

Hi, I bought a the 12 month subscription for netball live on my iphone which I've now replaced with a Galaxy S 3, I haven't used up the 12 months of the subscription yet and can't access that same subscription on the Galaxy despite having the same sim card. Is there any way I can log in to the subscription I had without having to buy a new subscription package?

Was this helpful?

Can't access subscription on new device

Hey @Alexia99 - it totally depends on how you subscribed. If you did this online using your Telstra ID log in, then there shouldn't be a reason you can't log in on your new handset. If, however, you subscribed via the Apple App on your old iPhone, you will need to purchase a new one through the Google Play app store to view on your new handset.
