I have today, purchase a 12 month subscription. When I go into 'more' tab to look at the videos, I get a 'Error 500' message saying 'the operation couldn't be completed (com.yinzcom.NZErrorUserStrongs error 500). Please can you explain why this error message is appearing and why I cannot view any videos?
