Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the Netball Live App.
Have you unistalled and reinstalled the Netball Live app to see if this assists?
You will need to be connected to the Telstra 4G Network when opening the app so that it will recognise that you are a Telstra Mobile customer.
If you're still having the same issue after reinstalling, please let us know the below device details
What device are you using? (mobile/table, make/model etc)
What version of iOS or Android is your device running?
