Netball Live App - Games not playing


I am having some trouble watching the netball games available on the Netball live app whilst on my telstra data (not on wifi). When I am on wifi they work but when I go off wifi and try watching them an error message comes up.  I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and that hasn't worked.

Thanks for your message, apologies for any issues experienced using the Netball Live App.


The app needs to check your location to ensure the correct video for your region is provided, 

it sounds like to app is possibly blocked from checking location.


If you could please provide your device details we can try some steps to troubleshoot the issue,

general advice to start off though would be to check the app has permissions granted in device 

settings, turn the phone off and on. Also check the date and time/location is correct in your

device settings.


Once we have your device details we can investigate further, please also include the iOS/Android version

(details are often found in settings>about).

Hi Aaron,

I have made sure that the Netball live app has all the permissions it requires and I have turned my phone on and off and It still isn't working. I have sent you a private message with my device details.
