Netball live app not working

Have downloaded Official Netball app on my Samsung Andriod phone. When I load the app, I select the "I am a Telstra customer" and it tells me that https://hub.telstra.com.au website is no longer available.  So it doesn't verify my account details and I am therefore unable to stream the netball.  How can I verify my Telstra account details to get this working?

Thank you for your post. 

 

Are you connected to the Telstra mobile network when you click "I am a Telstra Mobile Customer" button?

If not, please disconnect Wi-Fi and try again using the Telstra Mobile network, as the app will be able to recognise you are a Telstra Mobile customer and automatically redeem your live pass. 

 

If you are already connected to the Telstra Mobile network, I would recommend clearing the cache on your device. 

I was able to access the link you provided, so it is still a valid and available website.
