I still can’t get the netball app working, even tho my Telstra pay is current till December 2021. This is poor

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Netball Live App to see if this assists?


If this doesn't assist, please get back to us with the below device details

What device are you using to access the Netball Live app? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc)

What version of iOS is your device running? 


Can you please clarify if you are a Telstra Mobile customer or have purchased a subscription from the Apple App Store?
