Not working..... again

I can’t log into my account to watch the magpies v lightning game happening now. It lets me log in & then when I click ‘watch live’ it kicks me out and asks me to sign in again. Not happy - am a Telstra customer and have been for years but this app never works. Very disappointing

Hello @JVG16,

 

Thanks for messaging us on Crowd Support.

 

As it's a new season, you may need to redeem the free Live Pass

and link to your login again for the login process to work.

 

First step is to open the app while connected to mobile data

(turn off WiFi) and select 'I'm a Telstra mobile customer'

in the setup process.

 

We can then verify you are eligible via the connection to our mobile 

network, once redeemed you are prompted to provide your Telstra ID email address

again to enable signing in on devices that don't have a Telstra sim-card.

Same problem here, Telstra customer with wifi off and it says I gave a subscription!

My access to the netball through the netball app is also not working. I have followed these instructions and am continually asked to sign in & not given access. I’m a Telstra customer so there shouldn’t be a problem. Something’s not right!

I've done all that and all I get is a spinning circle on the app

I Have tried all you suggested and it still isn't working. Not really good enough that all these loyal Telstra customers can't even watch games that should actually be on free to air TV.  Please come up with another solution before the Thunderbirds game this afternoon 🙏

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Netball Live App? 

If so, and you are still having the same issue please get back to us with the below details of your device 

 

What device are you using to access the Netball Live App? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc) 

What version of iOS or Android is your device running?
