Also having trouble. Keeps saying account error and I cannot watch the games

You are going to need to provide some information for troubleshooting.

  • Location (country)
  • On Telstra Mobile, or using wifi network?
  • Phone Model and Android/iOS version?
  • Netball Live app version?
  • Error message being received?

Note: it's working for me in Australia on the Telstra 4G network using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10+5G running Android 11 (N976BXXU6ETLF) with Netball Live version 2.9.1

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.

Have you uninstalled and reinstalled the Netball Live App to ensure it is running the lastest mandatory update?
