Unable to access Netball Live
Unable to access Netball Live. Been asked to verify subscription. I’m a Telstra customer. I’ve tried turning off wifi and using mobile. I get a message saying Netball Live Pass and the only option provided is to click back to Netball Live which provides a loop asking me to sign in all over again.
Im missing Live Netball because of this

Thank you for your post, my apologies for any issues you're experiencing with the Netball Live App.
I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app to see if this assists.
Ensure you are connected to the Telstra 4G network when first opening the app after reinstalling, the app will then recognise you as a Telstra Mobile customer.
If you're still having the same issue after uninstalling and reinstalling, please let us know the below device details
What device are you using? (mobile/tablet, make/model etc)
What version of iOS or Android is your device running?
