5g keeps dropping down to H+

I've got an s20 and recently my network will randomly change from 5g to H+. Previously I would get full strength 5g anywhere in the same area. Also service has once totally dropped out recently  saying insert sim card, restarting my phone fixed that issue.

Is the 5G issue just in one location?

If so, it's most probably because Telstra are still working on their cell sites, even though it may have been working.
