7Plus not loading on my telstra tv

I am very confused I can play my Telstra TV on one TV but not the other?? First TV plays all apps but second TV plays everything except 7Plus. I can go to 7Plus choice my TV series but when I go to play it. it flashes half a circle likes it is about to download and then it goes back to the episode I chose. This is extremely frustrating any advice is appreciated, thanks.
