Activation of WIFI dongle

I am trying to activate a telstra 4G wifi modem. When going through the activation process, I get through to the end to confirm details and I receive a message stating that "We're experiencing some techical difficulties progressing to the next step, but we're working on it. Please try again later or contact 24.7 chat". I have tried this process for the last 2 weeks. I cannot use chat online as its not supported at the moment, I have tried calling but telstra but they are not supporting these queries at the moment and the chat on the app is not working for messaging! I need some assistance so I can utilise this device.
