Be careful telstra is disconnecting service in middle of COVID-19 and self isolation
If there is a late payment, I understand these people can do anything. make sure if you auto deduct / fund transfers is working. Because they disconnected my service today, I am having my mother in isolation. I am a front line staff in this COVID situation. Telstra has no consideration for reasons, its all about money. Please check in with you loved ones. These telstra people are not warning via SMS, but just doing it slyly.
