Bigpond is all dried up

I know I am not the only one out there who is having poor connections, slow speed and it took too long messages in trying to use my Bigpond email. Has anyone out there received any information from Telstra as to what is going on, as always their CS is at the bottom of the 'bigpond'...You think they would email us what the problems are, oops sorry take that back as I couldn't see it if they did 😞
