Black Spot at Carlton

Hi, I have been living in Carlton for past 3 years. Yesterday my mobile service is not working with service unavailable error. If I go out of my apartment, it works again.

I also have a business mobile plan with telstra on different number and it has mobile coverage in my apartment.

So should I be a detractor and leave telstra? Or move to a non black spot for consumer mobile service? Or is this issue just an interim?
