Hi there,

I just moved into my new house and it seems it is in a black spot. Could you please help me with this matter. We cannot have any call in our house.

Never post your address in a public forum such as Crowdsupport.

As it is a very new estate, not attached to an existing estate, coverage issues may arise as the infrastructure lags behind (customers are needed in an area before new towers are built).

The coverage map indicates that you should have 3G & 4G coverage in that location and there are a couple of towers within 2.5km of you.
