Call Diversion Charges - Both Phones Roaming

Trying to wrap my head around this.


I carry two Telstra phones. (P) Personal and (W) Work. I am going overseas, and the W phone has roaming by default as part of the corporate plan. My phone is $10/day for roaming. It therefore makes sense to use my work phone for calling and data etc.


I plan to take both phones with me, mainly because P has all my banking etc so is used to receive verification SMS and the like.


If I do an immediate divert of all calls from P to W, which phone pays for the roaming cost? Does the P phone still get billed $10 for that day?
