Calll divert

Does anyone know how to divert a landline to mobile? 
the actual phone itself isn’t working so I’m wondering if I can do it all from my mobile?

You should be able to log in to your Telstra account and divert your landline from there.

 

If you can't, then you will need to contact Telstra either by calling 132200 or by sending a message using the My Telstra app on your mobile (blue icon, bottom right of Get Help screen) and if Codi tries to redirect you, type "Speak to a consultant" and you should be transferred to the queue to chat to a human.

Never be afraid to back yourself when trying new things, just always make sure you have 3 escape routes if things go wrong.
