Most of the after hours GP services have a website. Maybe they offer an email response?
I presume the unable to connect is because your phone service is 1300 barred?
You can contact Telstra, albeit with difficulty , by using the My Telstra App, Get Help, click on the blue message icon in the bottom right corner and say you need to speak to a human.
