cannot receive calls from Optus

Ever since we moved over to Telstra NBN we cannot receive incoming calls from Optus carriers, however we can make outgoing calls to Optus. 

 

NBN is an absolute joke 

 

I believe this issue was raised a number of times on other forums but the outcome and solution was no posted, instead they sent a private message to the person lodging the issue.. ( I thought crowd support was about being open and transparent with how to solve problems, not solve them through private messaging) 

 

Moving forward,  CAN SOMEONE PLEASE INSTRUCT ME ON HOW TO SOLVE THIS PROBLEM .  HOW CAN THOSE WITH OPTUS AS THEIR CARRIER, CONTACT OUR NBN LANDLINE?
