Connection disruption September 2018

I'm currently located in Caboolture/Glasshouse area and experiencing significant issues with my Telstra Data/Network coverage. Currently there is nothing listed on any outages forums, and my bill is currently in credit? Unsure if anyone else is having issues. The website here is so poorly designed, seeking help on the website is an absolute nightmare, and I'm unable to make calls at present? HELP!

Sorry to learn of the difficulty you're experiencing, you can check for problems in your location by visiting http://tel.st/ser3w and choosing the service type from the menu.

 

We also have Coverage Maps available here:  http://tel.st/vzbnf so you can check to see what kind of coverage you can expect.

 

One thing to be aware of is that the maps aren't a guide, and can't take variables like structures into account - so if the building you are in is built like a bomb shelter, the network signal might cover the house, but not penetrate the building giving you usage inside.
