Difficulty accessing GIS layers
I'm having trouble accessing the layers hosted at https://staging.gcm.telstra.com.au/gisserver/rest/services/Hosted
I now have access to ArcGIS Desktop (10.6.1), but I still can't add the layers in ArcCatalog or ArcMap.
Can someone advise on what software I need to interact with these layers?
Will I need to authenticate to access them?
Was this helpful?
- Yes it was, thank you
- No, I still need help

Thanks Jupiter
I assume I'm adding an ArcGIS server?
If so, I'm able to add the server in ArcCatalog, but the "Hosted" folder is completely empty.

Re: Difficulty accessing GIS layers
Unfortunately, I don't have access to a computer that has ArcGIS loaded on it to troubleshoot at the moment (working from home).
