Disabling Band Steering on 4GX modem
Hi, my Eufy HomeBase2 is unable to connect to a wifi that runs both 2.4 and 5GHZ, it can only connect to 2.4GHz ONLY. How do I disable band steering on the Telstra 4GX hotspot settings page?

Re: Disabling Band Steering on 4GX modem
I don't think that modem has the ability to disable band steering. Even with band steering enabled most 2.4 GHz device should still connect.
Try changing the security mode or the channel bandwidth of the 2.4 GHz WiFi band. Also could try selecting a different 2.4 GHz WiFi channel.

Re: Disabling Band Steering on 4GX modem
I don't think there are any USB to ethernet adapters that will work with the 4GX Hotspot.
