Email - can send from Outlook but not receive


Out of the blue I can no longer receive any email to my bigpond address through Outlook. I can however send them. There was a full mobile outage in my location for four days with Telstra which coincided with the issue, though whether than has anything to do with it I doubt.

I have been bounced from Telstra to Outlook ( who redirected back to Telstra) and Apple ( who redirected back to Telstra) .

My Telstra Web mail is fine - messages will arrive there, although this service is really inconvenient to use.

Any ideas what on earth is going on? Telstra has changed my Web mail Password on my request, I have changed my Apple ones, and crickets.

Try the native mail app that comes with iPhones, and see if that sends & receives (as a test).
