email not working

Hi, I can no longer receive emails on my PC and iphone.  Only webmail works.

I am using Outlook.  I get error 0x800CCC0e, cant download inbox.

I have tried a different client eM Client but it will not even connect to my bigpond address.

I have not changed any settings.

Any help is appreciated

Has that only just happened? It might be just a temporary glitch in Telstra's system with downloading of messages (Assuming of course you haven't changed anything at your end since it started happening).

Someone keeps putting vegetables in my beer crisper :-(
