Esim activation

I used Telstra app to transfer or restore esim. It said it could take up to 4 hrs and when I wake this morning I have a text message from Telstra “Hi from Telstra. We received an order to replace the SIM ******1122. Call us on 132200 if you did not order this and say fraud when asked why you are calling.” Now I have no service.
