Failing mobile service

Our Telstra mobiles (3 of them - 2 x Samsung and 1 x Apple) have been working fine since we switched to Telstra in Feb 2020. We recently had severe storms in Orange Grove WA and ever since they have not been making or receiving calls. Occasionally we get an answer but it sounds like someone yodalling underwater. We have turned the phones off and on, checked for all updates but to no avail. Does anyone have any suggestions?
