High NBN ping in darwin

Hi since moving to Darwin 6 months ago we have been having issues with our NBN. First it was our speed. Now it's our ping. We are gamers and ping is important to us. While paying for the highest plan you have I expect good internet. Before signing the contract the operator said our ping should be below 10. But it's more than 80. Have tried all the possible ways to fix this and tried calling, chatting your support team but have no answers. Please fix this problem as we are paying customers and this issue might not be big to you but it is to us.
