hOW DO i GET IT FIXED WHEN NO ONE IS ANSWERING?

After fixing a previous access fault on my phone I now have no internet access. I can't report it by phone as they don't answer due to COVID. Somebody needs to tell Telstra how to work remotely, I would have thought they might have the technology?

I can't report via the App as suggested AS I HAVE NO INTERNET ON MY PHONE.

I have reported through complaints on their website, but it seems no one is available to monitor that either - COVID?

So how do I get in touch with the only people who can fix my fault?
